Leaders Elect Senate Officers

Students were elected as House Senate officers by the full Senate membership, which is comprised of 24 House prefects, the president of the senior class, and the six heads of house. Seniors Kent Harrison, Kellen Spivey, and Jennifer Sutch were elected to the positions of president, vice-president, and secretary, respectively.
The primary purpose of the House Senate is to address and render recommendations on campus life and other matters arising from the House system. The Senate’s function is to make a difference for the betterment of life in this community; to foster an attitude of cooperation among, respect from, and support of all sectors of the School; to spearhead active participation by all students in life at Darlington; to lead by example with a right attitude, strong application, and appropriate conduct.
