Kia Sims: What RUMPUS Means to Me

The second week after a long break can be very difficult for a Darlington boarding student away from home. You are getting settled back into school and you begin to miss home, it's many comforts and your family and friends.
However, luckily at Darlington RUMPUS is the same weekend. Not only does this weekend keep you too busy to even miss home, but it is all a great bonding experience for day and dorm students.
For me, RUMPUS is a great way to kick off the second semester and allows me to realize why boarding school is so great. RUMPUS reminds me that Darlington is nothing but a second home and the Darlington Community is just a second family.
