Junior named to All-Area Softball Team

Junior Anna Swafford has been named to the Rome News-Tribune's All-Area Softball Team. The shortstop led the team in virtually every offensive category. She batted .516 overall, including hitting .600 with runners in scoring position, and had a .806 slugging percentage. She is the daughter of Pam and Keith Swafford of Dallas, Ga.
