Jordan Lee: What RUMPUS Means to Me

The fact that Garret Fricks and I had started planning for RUMPUS 2013 the week after RUMPUS 2012 finished shows how significant and amazing it is and what it means to prefects along with both dorm and day students.

It is the biggest event in the school year. So much hard work and preparation goes into one weekend from both the staff and prefects. I love RUMPUS because it is so special in many ways. Many aspects come together to make it such a great weekend; day student turn out, house theme or the Lip Sync routines are just a few examples.

In my two years as a Darlington student, I can safely say that the best weekend of each year has been RUMPUS. It is so memorable and special! If you have never been to a RUMPUS event or don't quite know what it is, I strongly advice you to make sure you are getting involved in some way next year. You will have the time of your life.
