French Club’s efforts benefit health care

This past trimester, the French Club sold T-shirts and sent the $100 it earned to Médecins Sans Frontiéres (also known as Doctors Without Boarders, or MSF).
MSF is a French humanitarian aid organization that specializes in delivering emergency medical care and supplies to victims of armed conflict, epidemics, and other disasters. The group also seeks to furnish health care to those who lack it due to social or geographical isolation.
The French Club’s next project is focused on supporting Angel Flight Central, a community service organization dedicated to arranging transportation on behalf of people in need for the purpose of access to medical care or for other reasons of compassion. To this end, the club is collecting empty printer ink cartridges and used cellular phones. If you have such an item that you would like to donate, contact any member of the French Club or Nathalie Welch, Upper School French instructor and faculty advisor to the French Club.
