The fourth grade science classes are taking on the roles of scientists, designers, builders, and teachers as they present their space project designs to their classmates and some primary students. Each student was required to write a research paper on a topic related to space. From this, they designed a project using a model, mobile, diorama, poster, or other visual aid to present it to the class. Some of the projects are even edible. “There have been many interesting and excellent projects arriving this week, and they will continue to come in as the dates were staggered to allow enough room in the science lab,” said teacher Lola Bradshaw. “We have several models of solar systems, rockets, planets, telescopes, and suns. We would like to welcome anyone interested to visit our class and view these well planned projects.”
