Former faculty member honored by UGA

Former Darlington School faculty member John Inscoe was appointed University Professor at the University of Georgia in May 2006. The honor is awarded to faculty at UGA who have made a significant impact on the university in the areas of policy development, teaching, curricular change, innovative programs or academic leadership, and whose actions as change-agents have improved the quality with which the university serves its missions. Only one University Professor is named each year. The appointment is continuous until retirement or resignation from the professorial ranks.
