Sam Moss ’63, associate headmaster and dean of college guidance, will meet with parents of seniors on Monday, Sept. 9, 7 p.m., in the Morris Chapel. Only parents, not seniors, need attend. Moss will talk about the college application process and Darlington’s procedures and expectations for seniors and as well as parents.

Seniors have something to do this fall as well. "If they have not already done so, seniors need to call or write colleges for information and applications – as well as to schedule appointments and plan visits," Moss said. "They should also set up appointments with their college advisers to discuss colleges and narrow down choices."

In addition, seniors must register for the October and November SATs, which are required of all seniors.
