Eady heads information technology office

Stefan Eady, formerly director of Web development, has been named director of information technology for a newly formed Office of Information Technology to bring together all non-curricular technology functions. Eady will direct the efforts of current technology staff members Rick Buice, Penny Braden, Kevin Ivester, and Kandi Riddle, in providing computer maintenance, database management, network infrastructure, user services, and Web site development for all three divisions of the School.

Goals for the new information technology office include planning and implementing information technology policies and services, ensuring that all Darlington constituents have appropriate access to accurate, timely, and secure information, and creating a technology-assisted learning environment faculty and students can use with ease.
