Dumonte named director of facilities services

Darlington School is pleased to announce that Richard Dumonte has been named director of facilities services. He holds an Associate Degree from Purdue University (Ind.) and a Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University. He has also completed additional training in areas such as hazardous waste operations, emergency response awareness level, project management and maintenance management.

Most recently, Dumonte was general manager of facilities at ARAMARK Business and Industry in Downers Grove, Ill. In this capacity, he was responsible for 23 services for three manufacturing and office facilities in the Houston area, totaling over 500 acres and 600,000 square feet. He is a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, the Association of Facilities Engineering, the Society Manufacturing Engineers, the American Society of Professional Supervision and the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center.
