A Darlington student is made up of many things. None of which is average. We help our students develop their interests, passions and pursuits, because we believe every individual has something to contribute. We also believe that only when you're 100% you, are you 100% Darlington. 

Here at Darlington, every student’s path is different. We think that's a good thing. 

Let’s get to know Logan Floyd, a nine-year day student from Adairsville, Ga., who plays baseball and recently signed to play at Carson-Newman University this fall. 
               
When you think of Darlington, what three words come to mind first?    
Discipline, athletics, friends

What's your favorite show to binge watch?     
“Peaky Blinders”

What's your favorite restaurant in Rome?     
Chick-fil-A

What house are you a member of?     
Summerbell

What are you involved in at Darlington?
Baseball, football, Summerbell House leader        

If you play sports, who is your favorite coach and why?    
Matt Larry because baseball is my favorite sport and I have known him before I was a player on his team.

What's your favorite place on campus and why?    
The Growl

Who's your favorite teacher and why? 
Chad Woods - He’s always been a good mentor at school and on the baseball field. 

What’s your favorite thing about Darlington?    
RUMPUS weekend is my favorite.     

Describe an experience that you've had at Darlington that you couldn't have had anywhere else.     
RUMPUS    

What are some of the ways you've grown since you first came to Darlington?    
I have learned how to improve my work schedule and focus more on the things that are important to me.

What is your dream job?    
Pilot
