Day #SeniorSpotlight: Davis Inman

A Darlington student is made up of many things. None of which is average. We help our students develop their interests, passions and pursuits, because we believe every individual has something to contribute. We also believe that only when you're 100% you, are you 100% Darlington.

Let’s get to know Davis Inman, a six-year day student from Rome who wants to be a digital artist.            
                
When you think of Darlington, what three words come to mind first?    
Respect, honesty, honor

What's your favorite restaurant in Rome?     
Jefferson’s

What house are you a member of?     
Moser

What are you involved in at Darlington?
I’ve been in robotics. 

If you are involved in fine arts, what is your favorite activity and why?
I like free drawing because it allows me to create whatever I want.    

What's your favorite place on campus and why?    
Probably the art studio because of my love for drawing.    

Who's your favorite teacher and why? 
For this year specifically, my favorite teacher is Mrs. King because she understands the pace our class goes at and gives us enough time to focus on each activity.    

What’s your favorite thing about Darlington?    
Getting help from teachers.    

Describe an experience that you've had at Darlington that you couldn't have had anywhere else.     
Having free periods because they give me plenty of time to work on homework.            

What are some of the ways you've grown since you first came to Darlington?    
I've become much more calm and less annoyed by the behavior of others.    

What is your dream job?    
My dream job is to be a digital artist.
