Darlington Players Gear Up for Fall Season and Winter Musical

Auditions for the Darlington Players’ fall production, John Guare’s The House of Blue Leaves, are scheduled to begin on the first day of school. Students who want to get involved with other areas of dramatic production are invited to join set crew. Involvement in drama is a considerable time commitment; rehearsals frequently last longer than the one-hour after-school activity period and additional night rehearsals are common.

The musical, Kiss Me Kate, by Cole Porter and Sam and Bella Spewack will be performed in the winter in Rome’s City Auditorium, and this year’s spring production will be Samuel Beckett’s Waiting for Godot.
