College scholarships through March 30

The College Guidance Office announces the following college scholarships reported through March 30:
Madde Briggs has earned a $62,000 Centre College Colonel Scholarship and an $80,000 Presidential Scholarship & Citizenship Scholarship from Stetson University. She is the daughter of Dr. Stephen and Brenda Briggs of Rome.
Hunter Brooks has earned a $52,000 Presidential Scholarship & Centennial Award from Rollins College. He is the son of Allison and Jeff Brooks of Lindale, Ga.
Diego Figueroa has earned a $112,000 Athletic Scholarship from Belmont University (Tenn.) He is the son of Gladys and Enrique Figueroa of Pensacola, Fla.
Jennifer Jeong has earned a $22,000 Incentive Scholarship from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She is the daughter of Tae Boong Jeong and Moon Shin Kim of Seoul, Korea.
Lomar Gordon has earned a Hatter Award and a Stetson Hope Scholarship from Stetson University totaling $30,000. He is the son of Lurline and Charlton Gordon of New York.
Kristin Martiniello has earned a $40,000 President's Award from Sewanee: The University of the South and a $46,000 Academic Scholarship from Berry College. She is the daughter of Debbie and Al Martiniello of Rome.
Mack McCann has earned a $40,000 Dean's Award from Hampden-Sydney College. He is the son of Kila and Tim McCann of Rome.
B.J. Slaughter has earned a $48,000 Academic Scholarship from Mercer University. He is the son of Vickie and Byron Slaughter of Rome.
Tyler Slaughter has earned a $12,000 Samford University Founder's Scholarship. He is the son of Vickie and Byron Slaughter of Rome.
Jamie Vincent has earned a $10,000 Theatre Scholarship from Brenau University. She is the daughter of Vicki and Jim Vincent of Rome.
A.J. White has earned a University Fellows Scholarship, a National Merit Scholarship and a Presidential Scholarship totaling $96,000 from Samford University. He is the son of Terri and Ken White of Rome.
