College scholarships through Jan. 5

The following college scholarships were reported to the College Guidance Office between Dec. 1 and Jan. 5:

Anna Claire Atha has earned a $216,340 Basketball Athletic Scholarship from Wofford College. She is the daughter of Cathe and Tommy Atha of Rome.

Sam Berry has earned a $62,000 Academic Excellence Scholarship and a $10,000 Holmes Scholarship from the University of Mississippi; a $6,000 Charter Scholarship from the University of Georgia; as well as a $30,000 Sewell Merit Scholarship and a $100,000 Distinguished Scholar award from Southern Methodist University. He is the son of Sam and Andrew Berry of Rome. 

Holt Brewster has earned a $72,000 John Hancock Academic Scholarship from Becker College and a $46,800 Academic & Leadership Scholarship from Samford University. He is the son of Michelle and Steve Brewster of Rome. 

Cooper Brock has earned a $55,200 Academic & Leadership Scholarship from Samford University. He is the son of Dawn and Harry Brock of Rome.

Anna Katherine Cates has earned a $6,000 Charter Scholarship from the University of Georgia. She is the daughter of Christi and Bruce Cates of Rome. 

Sara Dickinson has earned a $72,000 Dean's Scholarship from Berry College. She is the daughter of Ann and Blair Dickinson of Cairo, Ga., and Joy Dickinson of Thomasville, Ga.

Olivia Drake has earned a $34,000 Academic Excellence Scholarship and a $6,000 Holmes Scholarship from the University of Mississippi. She ist he daughter of Misty and Sonny Rigas of Rome.

Bernadette Ebri has earned a $108,000 Merit Scholarship from Miami University Ohio. She is the daughter of Sheila and Dr. Patrick Ebri of Brunswick, Ga. 

Kate Flory has earned a $70,000 Full Out-of-State Tuition Reduction Scholarship from Florida State University. She is the daughter of Katharine and John Flory of Columbus, Ga.

Johnny Graham has earned a $20,000 Presidential International Scholarship from Johnson & Wales. He is the son of Monique and Sean Graham of Freeport, Bahamas.

Elizabeth Hudson has earned a $76,000 Bell Tower Scholarship from Furman University, a $32,000 Academic Charter Scholarship from Auburn University, and a $41,200 Academic Scholarship from Samford University. She is the daughter of Angie and Dr. Jim Hudson of Rome.

Joe Hunt has earned a $67,000 Academic Scholarship from Joe Hofstra University and a $40,000 Academic Scholarship from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is the son of Jennifer and E.J. Hunt of Rome. 

Ian Kinney has earned an $80,000 Academic Merit Scholarship from Mercer University. He is the son of Rebekah and Owen Kinney of Rome. 

Katie Li has earned a $40,000 Dean's BFA Scholarship from The New School. She is the daughter of Ting Li and Ting Wang of China.

Garrett Miller has earned a $52,000 Academic Heritage Scholarship from Auburn University and an $88,000 Engineering Scholarship from Mercer University. He is the son of Lynda and Doug Miller of Cave Spring, Ga.

Gianna Pieroni has earned a $48,000 Connections Scholarship from Northeastern University. She is the daughter of Angela and Joe Pieroni of Rome. 

Noah Woford has earned a $6,000 Charter Scholarship from the University of Georgia. He is the son of Laura and Jeff Woford of Rome.
