College scholarships through Feb. 1

The College Guidance Office announces the following college scholarships reported Jan. 13 through Feb. 1:
Emily Baron earned a $30,000 Hilltop Scholarship from LaGrange College, a $40,000 Trustee Scholarship from Lynchburg College and a $56,000 Academic Scholarship from Mercer University. She is the daughter of Peg and Paul Baron of Cartersville, Ga.
Katie Flint earned a $24,000 Flora Brown Award from Ithaca College and a $44,000 Oxford Scholarship from Oglethorpe University. She is the daughter of Dr. Lew and Carolynne Flint of Chicago, Ill.
Nick Glass earned a $48,000 Dean's Academic Achievement Scholarship from Eckerd College and $62,000 Loyola University New Orleans Scholarship. He is the son of Dr. Jeff and Ann Glass of Rome.
Taylor Richardson earned a $49,250 Academic Heritage Scholarship from Auburn University. He is the son of Tammy and Tom Richardson of Rome.
Cedrica Spivey earned a $20,000 Faculty Scholarship from Shorter College. She is the daughter of Stephanie Spivey Davidson of Rome.
