College scholarships through April 1

The following college scholarships were reported to the College Guidance Office March 11 through April 1:
Busayo Amosu earned a $16,000 Opportunity Award from Carson-Newman College and a $20,000 William C. Parker Scholarship from the University of Kentucky. She is the daughter of Adetoun and Emmanuel Amosu of Powder Springs, Ga.
Harris Burton earned a $56,000 Bell Tower Scholarship from Furman University. He is the son of Jill and Richard Burton of Rome.
Wayne Gammon earned a $72,000 University Scholarship from Mercer University. He is the son of Alicia and Wright Gammon of Cedartown, Ga.
Megan Healy earned a $40,000 Fairbanks Award from Sewanee: The University of the South, a $100,000 Academic Scholarship from Fordham University, a $40,000 John Montgomery Scholarship from Dickinson College, and a $40,000 Academic Scholarship from Gettysburg College. She is the daughter of Renee and John Healy of Rome.
Zack McConnell earned a $56,000 Bell Tower Scholarship from Furman University and a $42,000 Academic Scholarship from Berry College. He is the son of Marcia and Steve McConnell of Rome.
Anna McKenzie earned an $80,000 Colonel Fairleigh S. Dickinson Scholarship and a $1,000 University Alumni-Trustee Endorsement Grant from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is the daughter of Debbion and Ernst McKenzie of Kingston, Jamaica.
Mary Austin Morgan earned a $44,000 Crimson & Gold Scholarship from the University of Denver and a $33,400 Sims Scholarship from the University of South Carolina. She is the daughter of Melissa and Jeff Morgan of Signal Mountain, Tenn.
Will Warren earned Presbyterian College's prestigious Quattlebaum Scholarship, which covers the full cost of tuition, room, board and fees. A four-year renewable scholarship, this award is valued at over $165,000. He is the son of Dr. Ben and Ann Warren of Cartersville, Ga.
