The following college scholarships were reported to the College Guidance Office March 2 through April 1:
Ali Harton earned an $18,000 Presidential Scholarship from Elon University. She is the daughter of Susie and Butch Harton of Cartersville, Ga.
Charles King earned a $44,000 Jacksonville University Academic Scholarship, a $36,000 Xavier University Buschmann Award, and a $500 Stanley Stevenson Math Memorial Scholarship Award. He is the son of Sabrina and Charles King of Atlanta.
Jin Sol Lee earned an $80,000 Presidential Scholarship from American University. She is the daughter of Mee Hee Choi and Beom Gak Lee of Daejeon, Korea.
Zachary Martin earned a $48,000 Georgia M. Wilkins Scholarship from Sewanee: The University of the South. He is the son of Colleen and Zach Martin of Rome.
Lou Roland earned a $40,000 Faculty Scholarship from Young Harris College. He is the son of Margaret and Mark Roland of Acworth, Ga.
Scarlett Sumner earned a $4,000 University of Georgia Charter Scholarship. She is the daughter of Sue and Randy Sumner of Cave Spring, Ga.
