Cheerleaders represent Darlington in Macy’s parade

As captains of a cheerleading squad selected to participate in Universal Cheerleading Association’s (UCA) summer camp, Lindsay Doss and Stephanie Corwin were invited by UCA to participate in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. “The girls and the mothers said they had a wonderful time in spite of the cold weather and Lindsay and Stephanie had a fantastic time marching in the parade,” Angela Pieroni, varsity cheerleading coach, said.

UCA has also invited the squad to participate in the Citrus Bowl pre-show because the squad received first place at its summer camp. Corwin and Mika Wells will represent the squad.
