Camp Darlington offers one adventure after another

Camp Darlington invites students, ages eight through 13, to participate in three two-week session of fun-filled adventure. Activities include swimming, hiking, archery, canoeing, tag football, tennis, basketball, soccer, Frisbee golf, capture the flag, whiffleball, riflery, and a scavenger hunt. Special trips are scheduled at the end of each week. Students will also have the chance to bowl and roller-skate. The grand finale is a lock-in on the Darlington campus.
Camp costs are $270 per session, which includes a T-shirt, snacks, field trip, and overnight lock-in if registered by May 31. Rising sixth, seventh, and eighth graders will have the opportunity to do mountain biking, rock climbing, and advanced hiking and canoeing. This adventure segment costs an additional $50. Sessions will be held June 17 through 28, July 1 through 12, and July 15 through 26.
Camp Darlington is directed by veteran camp counselor and Lower School physical education instructor Doug Moon who is assisted by a staff of college and high school-aged counselors.
