Boys Lacrosse Falls in Playoffs

The boys lacrosse team ended its season with a 7-2 loss to Pace Academy in the semi-finals of the state playoffs May 3 at Pace. The game was called after three quarters due to thunderstorms in the area. Ches Martin and John Perry scored goals, while Will Curtin provided an assist.
With strong leadership provided by senior captains Patrick Dollar, Will Thuston, and Matt Valentine, the Tigers closed the season at 10-7. Leading scorers for the season were Jeff Hortman (24 goals, 25 assists), Martin (32 goals, 12 assists), and Thuston (32 goals, 10 assists).
