Bonnyman named Student of the Month for October

Outstanding academic achievement has won senior Norman Bonnyman the honor of being named Noon Optimist Student of the Month for October.

Bonnyman has a GPA of 99.60 with 12 honors and 10 AP credits. While at Darlington, he has earned the Darlington Parents’ Association Student Award, the DAR Medal and the Dartmouth College Book Award. He is a member of the National Honor Society, and he has participated in leadership programs such as Duke University TIP, the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine, the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Training Seminar and Tufts University Summit 2006 in Talloires, France.

Bonnyman was honored Oct. 30 by Noon Optimist Club. He is the son of Jean and Al Bonnyman of Rome.
