22 make All-Select, 7 make All-State

Twenty-one Darlington students were selected to participate in the 2009 Georgia Independent School Association All-Select performances on Nov. 1 in the Huffman Athletic Center.
Brittany Adams, Asa Crawford, Keila Gunter, Stephanie Huskins, Jack Lynch, Alexis Olszewski and Bonnie Rowland performed with the All-Select Band. Ali Harton and David Stelly sang with the All-Select Chorus. Hunter Broadhead, David Ethridge, Sean Healy, Mark Huang, Nolan Jackson, O'Keefe Johnson, Wesley Kuo, Lewis Lee, Marshall Rawson, Anna Sea, Stephanie Thomas, Jaden Xue and Ashley Zhang played with the All-Select Orchestra.
Additionally, Garrett Fricks and Will Warren passed the district-level audition for All-State Chorus, while Huang, Jackson, Kuo, Xue and Zhang were selected for All-State Orchestra.
