13 seniors recognized at inaugural Floyd County ESPYs

Thirteen seniors were recognized at the inaugural Floyd County ESPY (Excellence in Sports Performance Year) Awards. The ESPY is an accolade presented to individual seniors of Floyd County for academic, athletic and community achievements throughout their senior year. Students were nominated in award categories based on their sport, as well as community impact and scholar-athlete categories.
Darlington award-winners include:
Braden Bell - Community Impact Award
Logan Floyd - Baseball
Rocco Lopez - Golf
George Shropshire - Lacrosse
Grant Sikes - Tennis
Serena Teluwo - Tennis
