The Advancement Services Officer, reporting to the Director of Development, plays a pivotal role in advancing fundraising efforts through the management of donor data and facilitating strategic analysis. This position is responsible for maintaining data integrity within the fundraising database, providing comprehensive reporting and analysis to inform fundraising and cultivation strategies, and supporting frontline fundraisers in donor cultivation and stewardship. The Advancement Services Officer collaborates closely with various departments to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in development and outreach operations.
The Director of Annual Giving reports to the Director of Development and is responsible for the organization, planning, and management of The Darlington Fund, Darlington’s annual giving program. The Darlington Fund is Darlington’s most important fundraising program and is critical to the financial sustainability of the school. The Director is responsible for managing and engaging over 70 volunteers to help ensure the program’s success. As a member of the Advancement team, the Director shares in the development of comprehensive strategies for all aspects of the School’s fund-raising programs.
