Spend spring break in Brazil

Darlington Upper School students are invited to spend spring break in the Brazil with Spanish teachers Lisy Hammontree and Veeka Malanchuk ('20). Students will explore São Paulo, Paraty, Trindade, and Rio de Janeiro with excursions including visits to the Atlantic Rainforest and natural pools in Trindade, Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, a soccer experience, and a samba class. The eight-day trip will depart March 7 and return March 14, 2027.
Cost Details and Deadlines
The cost of the trip is $3,646 per student. This price is guaranteed through Oct. 15, and the enrollment deadline is Oct. 30, 2026. Attendees then have the option to enroll in an automatic monthly payment plan. The tour includes round-trip airfare, overnight hotel stays, transportation, three meals per day, the tour director and guides, visits to select attractions as per the itinerary, and more.
