In this episode, Chief Advancement Officer Julie Lucas ('97) chats with Sara Weeks Dima ('97) about her experience as a boarding student at Darlington, her career small business owner in the food industry and more. This episode was recorded on May 10, 2024. 

Julie Lucas ('97) joined Darlington's Advancement Office in 2007 and was named chief advancement officer in 2016. Previously, she has served as director of development, director of giving programs and campaign director for Darlington's Second Century Campaign. Julie holds a B.A. in Communication from Loyola University New Orleans.

Sara Weeks Dima ('97) was a three-year boarding student from Texas. After graduation, she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English, journalism and communication. She is the owner of R&D Foods, a made-to-order speciality sandwich shop and prepared food store in Brooklyn, NY. After the pandemic, she and her business partner expanded to open R&D Goods, a tabletop and homegoods store. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and children.
