Senior Week: Celebrating Our Academy Players

Of the 116 members of the Class of 2021, 28 have participated in Darlington’s academy programs including Tennis Academy, Golf Academy, and Soccer Academy. Many of these outstanding students will continue to play their sport at the collegiate level. 


Tennis Academy

Jenna Harrison will be playing at Franklin and Marshall College

Golf Academy

Cooper Cates will be attending Georgia Tech
Stroud Rudolf will be attending Texas Christian University
Knox Sirmans will be playing at Hampden Sydney
Jakub Zelenak will be attending Middle Georgia State University

Soccer Academy Boys

Rashaan Bain will be attending Richmond University - UK
Axel Berglund will be attending either University of Washington or Seaton Hall
Rayhaan Dharsey will be playing at Lees McRae College
Cameron Evans will be attending UNC Chapel Hill
Axel Funk will be playing at Lynn University
Oliver Layme Mariategui is undecided and may attend the University of the Bahamas
Elijah Mitchell will be attending Birmingham Southern College
Larry Noel will be attending Wingate University
Quinn O'Hearn will be attending St. Francis Univ. (PA)
Charlie Reed will be attending UNC - Charlotte
Patrick Shealy will be playing at Elon University
