Seventh-grader Dante Tomaselli broke his own Darlington record in the 100-yard Breaststroke in the swim meet against Mount Paran Middle School on Nov. 17. He placed first in the event and improved his time by two seconds with a 1:22.00.
Tomaselli also won the 200 Individual Medley (IM) in a new best time.
Darlington’s Lady Tigers beat Mount Paran in the dual meet, while the Tigers came in second place.
The Lady Tigers were led by Addie Ray winning the 50 Freestyle and the 100 Backstroke, Ashlyn Earnest in the 200 Freestyle, and Amelia Whitefield in the 200 IM.
Other wins for the Tigers included Zach Jones in the 200 Freestyle and 100 Backstroke and Ricky Frisiani in the 50 and 100 Freestyles.

The next meet for Darlington is the Calhoun Invitational on Dec. 3
against middle school teams in the Northwest Georgia region.
