First Team - Boys

Berry ('16) helped lead the Tigers to win the 7-AA region title, with the team ending their season in the Elite 8. He tallied 21 goals and nine assists despite playing in the center of the field the majority of the time. As a midfielder, Berry and his teammates allowed more than one goal only once in region play and won seven games by more than three goals.In Darlington's first round state playoff match against Lovett, whichw as tied 1-1 for almost the entire first half, Berry headed in a cross in the 80th minute, getting the Tigers to the next round.

Jack Pearson, a rising senior, was a goal machine, leading the Tigers with both 24 goals and 10 assists. In the Tigers’ 2-1 first round victory against Lovett, he was able to tie the game with a penalty kick and later provided the game-winning assist.

Noah Woford, a rising senior, was part of a Darlington midfield that dictated nearly every game it played. He tallied six goals and three assists and was often part of the process that led to scoring.

Second Team - Boys

First Team - Girls

Anna Katherine Cates, a rising senior, was the offensive leader on the Region 7-AA champion Darlington squad, scoring a team-leading 14 goals and leading the team in assists. She consistently did her part to make her teammates better and create chances to score.

Keara Evans ('16) had a dominant senior season in goal, recording more than 100 saves and allowing only nine goals in region play. She made an astronomical 37 saves in a playoffs loss to Lovett.

Zoe Smith ('16) served as one of the team’s captains and worked at keeping Darlington’s defense a cohesive force. The Lady Tigers allowed a goal or less in 10 of 15 games.
