Recently in the freshman Wellness class, we conversed about “cliques” at Darlington. I asked approximately 100 freshmen to list out all of the different cliques they think exist at our school, and I received a wide variety of responses.

The USDA recommends that the American adolescent consume at least two servings of fresh fruit and three servings of vegetables daily. A simple and easy way to be sure that you are eating the right amount of fruits or veggies is to use your fist.
