Previous Background
He is a graduate of St. Lawrence College in Ontario and is currently working toward a B.A. from Athabasca University in Alberta. Before coming to Darlington, Tim was employed for 12 years by Correctional Services Canada, where he was also a crisis negotiator and member of the Emergency Response Team. He spent five years working with young offenders. He also played ice hockey at the junior level. Tim loves to downhill ski and enjoys a good book and a campfire. He and his wife, Kila, director of international student programs and head of Neville House, have two sons, Mack (’10) and Marshall (’15).
