At Darlington, we love to reward our summer readers! Students and faculty alike were entered into a raffle if they read 60 or more days during the summer.
Students in grades 6-8 will soon take the stage in the fine arts department’s production of “The Wizard of Oz” in the Zelle Black Box Theatre, April 12-13.
I recently had the opportunity to go to the Future of Education Technology Conference (FETC) in Orlando, Florida, thanks to the Thatcher Faculty Development Grant.
Students in grades 6-8 will soon take the stage in the fine arts department’s production of “Into the Woods JR.” in the Zelle Black Box Theatre, April 20-21.
Last summer, thanks to the generosity of Darlington and the Thatcher Faculty Professional Development Grant, I was able to travel to George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. to complete the first level of the Orff Schulwerk, a process for teaching music based on a whole-body approach.
