Several students and faculty members attended former President of the United States Jimmy Carter's Board of Councilors meeting at The Carter Center in Atlanta on February 15. They were hosted by Joe Montgomery, Darlington's assistant head of school for strategic initiatives and Board of Councilors member. The group from Darlington met with former President Carter as well as Board of Councilors Chair, Dan Cathy, CEO of Chic-fil-a. After the meeting, the group toured the Carter Center and the Jimmy Carter Presidental Library and Muesum.
