Welcome to Camp Darlington! Camp begins at 9 a.m. every day, but campers can arrive starting at 8:30 a.m. Campers should be dropped off and picked up at the Old Gym of the Upper School. All your camper needs to bring is a bathing suit and a towel. Lunch and snacks are provided.
Experience 400 acres of outdoor fun at Camp Darlington! Swim, shoot, hit, throw, kick, paddle, duck, dodge, and run. Cruise the trails, compete on playing fields, paddle on Silver Lake, and take full advantage of the indoor pool and gym in Darlington’s 96,000 square foot A. J. Huffman ’67 Memorial Athletic Center. Camp Darlington gives a sense of adventure, while providing a variety of safe and wholesome activities designed to intrigue every kind of camper.Lunch is served in the Darlington School dining room, followed by afternoon activities. The first Thursday of each session is set aside for a trip day. Campers are treated to an afternoon of bowling or skating, followed by evening games and swimming, and ending with a “lock-in” in which campers spend the night in Darlington’s Johnson Fieldhouse.
Campers are recognized with certificates and ribbons during an awards ceremony at the end of each two-week session.
