Darlington School transformed its boarding program a few years back, which resulted in a great deal of success in terms of retention. Our e-book, “Holding On While Letting Go,” which can be downloaded here as a PDF, is a resource that we freely distribute to our boarding parents as a guide to help erase the distance between parents and their children at Darlington. Every family situation is different, but the bond between parent and child is special and one that needs to be nourished. We hope you will see the attached e-book as a useful resource in understanding how Darlington reaches out to our parents, but also as a free resource to help you navigate the waters as you become accustomed to having a child at boarding school.
