Melinda Childs has earned a $50,000 Academic Scholarship from Berry College, a $76,000 Trustee Academic Achievement Scholarship from Eckerd College, a $76,000 Cornerstone Award from Birmingham-Southern College, and a $38,800 Academic Scholarship from Samford University. She is the daughter of Rhonda and Greg Childs of Rome.
Annaliese Clevenger has earned a $32,000 Charter Scholarship from Auburn University; a $114,000 Benjamin Wofford Scholarship from Wofford College; an $8,000 Leadership Scholarship from Samford University; and a $92,000 Josiah Penfield Academic Scholarship, an $88,000 Engineering Scholarship, and an $8,000 Tift College Scholarship, all from Mercer University. She si the daughter of Gina and Lee Clevenger of Rome.
Haley Harveston has earned a $60,000 scholarship from Jacksonville University, a $93,600 Faculty/Travel Scholarship from Stetson University, and a $20,000 Academic Scholarship from High Point University. She is the daughter of Drs. Paula and Basil Englis of Rome and Jen and Glenn Harveston, also of Rome.
Gianna Pieroni has earned a $114,000 Presidential Scholarship from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an $87,650 Trustees' Merit Scholarship, a $10,000 Leadership in Service Scholarship, a $3,000 Study Abroad Scholarship, and a $4,000 Text Book Scholarship, all from the University of Dayton. She is the daughter of Angela and Joe Pieroni of Rome.
Chase Pittman has earned a $30,400 Tiger Excellence Non-Resident Award and a $13,340 Tiger Nation Scholarship from Louisiana State University, an $80,000 Highlander Scholarship and a $4,000 Legacy Scholarship from Presbyterian College, a $92,000 Josiah Penfield Academic Scholarship from Mercer University, a $41,200 Academic Scholarship from Samford University, and a $60,000 Bell Tower Scholarship from Furman University. He is the son of Joni and Dr. John Pittman of Rome.
Miro Vertanen has earned a $30,000 scholarship from Jacksonville University and a $92,000 Dean's Scholarship from Stetson University. he is the son of Maarit Kaukua-Vertanen and Janne Vertanen of Mäntsälä, Finland.
