Ashley has taught music at the Lower School since 2010 and is also the advisor of the Darlington Diamonds dance team. She holds a B.Mus.Ed. in Choral and General Music from Shorter College. She completed her student teaching at Garden Lakes Elementary, and previously served as a music instructor for Shorter’s Kaleidoscope program. She has also taught private piano lessons.

Last Friday was a very special day at the Lower School with a record turnout of grandparents, parents, and friends. We celebrated our Grand/Special Day with a salute to our veterans. This was the singular idea of Ashley Henry, our music teacher in her second year at Darlington, who rallied the faculty and students to embrace this theme.
