Background
Melinda Holmes became Darlington’s director of library services in 2006. Melinda holds a B.S. from James Madison University (Va.) and an M.S. from Longwood University (Va.) She also serves as president of Georgia Independent School Librarians and treasurer of the Association of Independent School Librarians Board of Directors. She and her husband Marcus, who is head of Thornwood House, live on campus with their daughters, Addie (’17) and Julia (’18).
