Previous Background
Renee has served as Lower School learning specialist since 2006. In this role, she works with classroom teachers to develop appropriate differentiated instruction techniques that target students’ specific needs in subjects across the board, including reading comprehension, phonics, spelling, writing and vocabulary development, and mathematics. She holds a B.S. from Shorter College and an M.S. from Jacksonville State University. Renee and her husband James, have two children, Jordan (’12) and Katie (’15).
