Poor defending in the 2nd half led to them getting back into the game (2-2). The boys came through and won in PKs! Fun way to start with the JV. Good match and we will see them again later in the year!

They were good. We were better in the second half for the most part. Must do a better job in two areas: 1) 1v1 defending. 2) "showing the ball to the defender". Over and over, many players would take their first touch and turn into pressure or across the face of a defender and expose the ball to the defender.

Soccer vs Rome Location Darlington School 1014 Cave Spring Road Rome, GA 30161 map & directions Results L: 0-4 Game Summary In possession we were good most of the game. Good movement. Good passing. Was encouraging. Defensively we struggled most of the evening. 1v1 defending and in terms of team shape and understanding. Good news is that is trainable and fixable. Overall a good effort. That team was better than half of the Varsity teams we've played this year!

Good soccer for the goals and defensively pretty solid most of the game. JP came up big with some saves in the 2nd half to keep the shut out. Overall a nice win! Great work boys!
